01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pk9147 platform — including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, and services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pk9147 (the "Platform," "Company," "we," or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk9147 platform.

pk9147 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

02 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on pk9147, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

pk9147 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on pk9147. This is a strict one-account-per-person policy that applies regardless of device, IP address, payment method, or household.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk9147 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk9147 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk9147 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

05 Bonuses and Promotions

pk9147 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms and conditions, which are disclosed at the time each promotion is communicated to the player. The following general bonus terms apply platform-wide:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who are eligible under Section 2 of these Terms. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk9147 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.

07 Prohibited Conduct

• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider in bad faith after gaming activity has taken place.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pk9147 platform — including but not limited to the pk9147 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive property of pk9147 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk9147 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the pk9147 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any pk9147 software.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk9147 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the pk9147 platform or any of its services.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content, odds, or game results.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Interruptions or outages affecting the pk9147 platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond pk9147's reasonable control.
• Any losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from in-play betting, casino games, or promotional wagering.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

pk9147 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by an underage player.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) that is not subject to an active investigation or forfeiture proceeding will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. pk9147 is not obligated to return funds associated with accounts closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or Terms violations.

Players may also voluntarily close their pk9147 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the pk9147 platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

pk9147 operates under an international gaming license. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk9147 holds its gaming license. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction.
